Shipping Policy

We accept orders from various countries with some restrictions, which can be found on our Deliveries page.

To purchase products from us, you must:

Be legally capable of entering a binding contract (e.g., in England and Wales, you must be at least 18 years old).
Be an authorized user of the credit or debit card or payment account used for the order.

Order Acknowledgment: After placing your order, you'll receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not confirm acceptance.
Payment Authorization: We contact your bank or card issuer for payment authorization immediately. Orders are processed only after receiving full payment.
Order Confirmation: If we accept your order, you'll receive an email confirming dispatch. The contract is formed at this point.
Order Processing: Orders cannot be changed before delivery but can be returned as per our Return Policy.
Contract Language: The contract and Terms and Conditions are in English only. Please retain a copy for future reference.

Fulfilment: Your order will be fulfilled by the specified delivery date or within 30 days of contract formation.
Failed Delivery Attempts: After three failed attempts, we may end the contract, and clause 13 will apply.
Responsibility and Ownership: You assume responsibility for products upon delivery. Ownership transfers upon full payment receipt.
Product Images: Images are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary slightly.
Delivery Disputes: Disputes must be raised within 28 days of the tracking status update as delivered. Evidence may be required for refunds.
International Delivery: Import duties and taxes may apply. Customers are responsible for payment and compliance with local laws.

Compliance with Local Laws: Customers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country.
Returning Products: Return parcels from outside the UK should be marked “Return to supplier” to avoid import duties and taxes.

After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with purchase details and an estimated delivery time frame. Please note these estimates are approximate and may vary.

We partner with trusted carriers for prompt delivery. However, unforeseen events like severe weather or carrier issues may cause delays. Your patience and understanding are appreciated.

International customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs charges or taxes.
